Love this stuff! Although it’s not a perfect colour match for my mk3 Honda CRV, it’s close enough to patch up an old car and make it look better! Door card handle was ripped, so used this to re-cover it, along with a rip in the leather seat. I’m really pleased with the result. This stuff is super adhesive and strong. Good quality and has done exactly what I wanted it to. Still got loads left as well for any future repairs that are needed. Top tip- heat the patch up with a hairdryer before application and it helps to mould it into shape and stick.

The leather repair tape is very good quality. I bought it to repair a large damaged area on our leather sofa. The tape is a decent thickness and very strong and the adhesive is very sticky. I found it easy to use. You need to get it right first time if you can. It has strengthened the damaged area well and is neat and tidy. The only downside is the dark brown colour is slightly different to the sofa but that does not detract from the quality of the tape. It is a good repair and I will probably put a throw on the sofa anyway. I am very happy with my purchase and feel it is well worth the money.

Excellent product .Sticks well ,unless the patch is too small and then it will lift. Only problem I had was I bought two blue rolls, but was sent one pink and one blue. I didn't notice until it was too late to return (my fault)

Due to my spending a longtime in my recliner recovering from a couple of operations, I wore a hole in the headrest area. After a bit of research and looking at the reviews on here I took the plunge and ordered this leather repair kit, and I was not dissapointed. Perfectly colour matched (I was worried about this) and the texture also matching, it did the job perfectly, and you can only tell it has been applied when you are very close up. I would suggest that you do this (for larger applications) with two people. The backing adhiesive is very strong, so make sure you are sure you are ready to apply it once cut as you may not be able to remove it very easily if you get it wrong. I'm recommending this to anyone who has a worn leather chair to repair. Very impressed!

I was worried I was going to replace my L shaped sofa as though it was still in good condition, the sun had damaged and weakened a couple of places and I was on the verge of having to fork out for another one. But Amazon supplied this great tape that looks like leather and has a great sticking power in Black. It was so easy to apply and you would honestly not know where the repair was. My sofa looks as good as new. Worth every Penny and would hight recommend.

Great stickiness .. but black has a variety of shades .. it’s ok on the back seat of car . But not a match .. It’s difficult to have like for like shade

My staffy puppy decided my leather sofa was a toy and absolutely wrecked it. This stuff is brilliant and has worked a treat at repairing all the rips and holes! Highly, highly recommended.

Good quality as advertised! Tried different products in the past but not very sticky but this is 💯 stick to the surface and not peeling at the edge. Very much Satisfied .

NOT really matching the leather, it is not streatching at all and not flexible as the leather (used on car seat). Doesn't work well on places with high use load, ok for fixing some accidental damages.

Wir haben mit dem Langformat die Lehne unserer Kunstledercouch ausgebessert. Das ging super schnell und einfach, obwohl wir aufgrund der Biegund erhöhten Schwierigkeitsgrad haben! Man sollte zu zweit sein, um die Streifen an beiden Enden positionieren zu können und dann von einer Seite her abziehen und gleich gut andrücken. An den Ecken dann nach ein paar Minuten nachdrücken und die Sache ist perfekt! Der Kleber hält bombenfest. Wir hatten wegen einer Frage zum Überlappen der Streifen den MastaPlasta-Kundenservice kontaktiert und haben blitzschnelle und sehr hilfreiche Antworten bekommen. Außerdem finden wir es super, dass wir als Allergiker uns mit den Streifen keine unnötigen Chemikalien ins Haus geholt haben.

We used it on a recliner that is fully functional but had several worn spots and one specific tear that occurred recently in the leather. What you are seeing is one of 4 places that we used this product. Very easy to cut. Is about 1/8th “- 1/16th” very thick. Easy to peel. And sticks in place immediately. So be sure to center it where you want it and press from the middle out to ensure a nice seal as it seals immediately and isn’t going to unpeel easily for any repositioning. Note: I don’t think it is made for corners or small strip areas where you need to curve around something. It needs a larger coverage area to be most effective. Cut too small and like ANY adhesive tape it hasn’t got enough space to cling to. But that isn’t a product problem. It is a note about sticking to small areas. Before finding this product we could only find colored brown duct tape. (i know. Sounds tacky in more than one sense. And in truth, the duct tape wasn’t very tacky and only lasted long enough to keep the tear from ripping further until we got this product. Too bad because the color of the duct tape was perfect). BUT, this product is OUTSTANDING and very easy to use in EVERY WAY. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been to have more color choices closer to the color of the leather we have. I think there are 3 colors. This one is dark brown as you see. But it will last a long time. Note, too that the amount you get is exactly as stated. So it isn’t a huge amount. But was definitely enough to get our job done with a bit left over. .SUGGESTION: Be sure to round the corners SLIGHTLY as you cut of the pieces. You can see in our picture what I mean. It sealed beautifully. I read this tip on another product about using tapes, etc. The reason is that if the corners on any tape are left sharp or pointy they are more likely to catch and will not last as long. Final Statement: I WILL DEFINITELY BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. A+++
