Great product really helps with acid reflux also

I have been suffering with GERD for over 40 years. None of the medications they gave me helped, and they’re only supposed to be used for a few weeks, not years, as they can be dangerous. After a recent endoscopy, my gastroenterologist told me there was no evidence of GERD at all. I take two in the morning and two in the evening of these aloe vera pills. Not only do they help with acute gastritis attacks, but they have completely reversed my GERD after two years. I highly recommend.

I was diagnosed through surgery with interstitial cystitis and I started taking these regularly. They started helping writhing just a few weeks and eventually my pain was so much better I actually didn’t even need to continue taking them. I had a second surgery that showed my IC was gone. I’m not sure if it’s reasonable that it “cured” the condition, but it helped a LOT.

Good Product, would like to give it a 5 star but the second bottle i received had 2 capsules, so far that ive seen, that were not full, the first was a quarter full and the second is like the picture and for the price i can't give it a 5 with inconsistencyUpdate: Contacted the Company and they were willing to give me another bottle with no issues, they are definitely a great company to work with. I have been using this brand for almost 8 years. First off, I take it because I have joint inflammation in my hands (primarily my thumbs) which is painful. It started in my late twenties. I thought it was from my job and was sent to see a physical therapist and doctor. The doctor says I should have surgery but should wait until I'm older because I might have to have surgery again because my joints will get loose and have to be tightened again. Basically I have loose joints and it causes the tissues around to get inflamed when I over use them. Anyway, the pain was horrible and nothing was helping. I did some research and read that aloe vera helps joint inflammation. I was willing to try anything. Let me tell anyone who suffers from joint pain or inflammation, try aloe vera. I have to be honest that it took about a month to work, but it works. After I had taken this for a few months I was pain free. After awhile I had forgotten that I ever had a problem. And honestly, through the years I have stopped taking it thinking I'm fine now only to learn I'm not. After a month the pain is always back. I am an aloe vera lifer. Now, because I started with this brand I will probably always take it because I know it works. Within the first few months of starting I take 4 pills a day and then go down to 2 to maintain. If you've given this brand a real try (remember it takes time) and you don't like it please don't give up on aloe vera. It's a natural miracle.

Used to be a great product, but quality has deteriorated. I have been using for a few years to help my IC and regulate gut health. The capsules used to have powder in them the last few bottles have been hardened powder inside and I feel they are not as effective. I will be switching to a different brand if the next bottle has the dried ingredient in the capsule.

I buy True-Aloe on repeat through the subscription option. I chose Nature City over a competitor brand for the lower price and equal bladder support. I live with Interstitial Cystitis and daily take two capsules in the a.m. and two in the p.m.. Some days require more assistance, so I add a third dose of two capsules when I have a flare. Powdered aloe is often used for digestion, promoting bowel regularity and reducing inflammation in the digestive tract. I like this added benefit, but it's the anti-inflammatory compounds and nutrients that I feel help treat IC. The capsule is translucent and the aloe is white and has no taste. I will say that I noticed a color change to light tan and started to put my pill case in a drawer. But I noticed that change in the color makes no difference in the efficacy of the capsules. (See photos) I'm thinking it's just exposed to room temperature or the light.
