Had it for a few years stored outside for disposal of dog eggs, lid kind of gets stuck open now but the foot pedal still works. Worked perfectly for at least 2 years, but again it’s outside through snow/salt etc. would replace with the same can again but this one is still perfect for what I use it for.

The liner handle is very insecurely attached to the liner. If there is any weight to the trash, the handle pulls away from the liner and it falls to the ground (and splits apart in my case}

I use this outside to put my puppys poop in when I clean the yard. I use a garbage liner and the lid opens and closes nicely. I live in AZ so it doesn't rain much, but for some reason, the inside of the top is rusting. Nothing else, just the inside of the lid. Otherwise this is very nice.

....because it is a rare size for a metal trash can. It’s a trash can, not a teleporter. It makes no outrageous promises, and it delivers. Everything works the way I expect them to. The trash can’s looks meet expectations. It’s a good can.

I got this can use outside to for Dog Poop bags, unfortunately we had a wind storm and the inner can has flown the coop. I wish I could find a replacement, but I cannot find a way to reach the seller. But it has held up to weather very well I just need to find a replacement part.

What do you do with those large balls of cat-p/cat litter in the interim between garbage-days? Put 'em in here.As some others have observed, the foot-pedal is as chintzy as all get-out; so far it has worked, but it is one of those things where you know in your bones that it is only a matter of time before you gingerly press down with your toe and, instead of the lid rising up in familiar service, there is a rattle and a clatter and your toe just wants to stomp the pedal flat.So for the most part I use the handle on the top of the lid.We have lined the inner plastic bucket with a plastic bag, but when we dump it into our big garbage bag on garbage day, the liner bag gets rather tangled up with the cat waste and things go downhill from there, so I am secretly-contemplating going without the bag and just using the bucket. So some litter sticks to the inside of the bucket? Is that a problem? Don't be so picky!Please let me know how it works out for you.Thanks.

I saw this pale bought it in 2020, I thought it would be great for the kitchen. After having it for 2 months the push down to pop open the top broke within two months... Poorly made product for a lot of money.... after wasting $53 which is a lot of money for a small pale poorly made.. I had to use duct tape in order to try to keep the push down together due to the fact I spend so much money, didn't just want to throw away... now I have no choice... Although duct tape in strong it could only hold something for so long!

Happy with this foot press opening can so we can put our dog's yard poo in it. SO far so good as it has lasted a couple rainy seasons still looks good
