I'm an active 70 year old who sprained his knee bringing into play the arthritis in my joint. After a week on crutches and two more weeks of rest and knee exercises, I found myself in arthritis pain after mile walks. I used an arthritis gel and was preparing for 'gel' shots from my Ortho when I bought the Powerlix. This allowed me to take walks, play a round of golf, and do everyday errands with virtually no pain. Provided great support without limiting my mobility. It stays where it's supposed to and fits easily under slacks. The compression keeps my knee warm and increases circulation to the affected area. Plus, it provides support alleviating most of the bone on bone contact. I highly recommend this for anyone with moderate arthritis seeking relief from pain without the consumption of Advil. Easy to hand wash and dry and can be used for any activity.

This order was my second of this leg sleeve to replace my original. Tweaked my left knee a while ago and need a bit of support when playing, particularly when running action involves a bit of twist (e.g. base running, fielding, etc.). These give me just enough support that the knee isn't as tender after playing a double header. They also have plenty of flex for the plane of the knee bending while running and do not impede running. Some other sleeves I have tried do have an impact on running. There is one issue that I picked up with my original sleeve. They have a silicone band that seems to be glued to the fabric at the top of the sleeve on the inside (see the attached image describing the product). This silicone band is intended to help keep the sleeve from sliding down the leg (kind of adheres to the skin of the thigh). On my first sleeve, it started separating from the fabric and once that started it didn't take long for it to fully disconnect and fall apart. The sleeve ended up sliding down the leg quite often. It still give adequate support to the knee but I had to constantly pull it back up and had a few times when it slipped down in the middle of a hard sprint. I ordered it again though since I loved how it supported the knee and that it stayed in place for me until the silicon band separated and fell apart. The issue with the silicon is why I dropped a star from what would have been five.

I have had knee issues for the past 8 years and have done multiple physical therapy visits during that time. I have used a bulky knee brace that was complicated to use, smelled awful after using during summer months and restricted movement more than necessary. I was good for several years until this Spring when active walking brought back the knee pain. I searched Amazon for possibilities and found this compression sleeve. I reviewed the information and liked the look of the sleeve,I.e. not bulky. The product info was precise about how to determine what size sleeve to order and I received my sleeve a few days later. In the meantime I was contacted by the company with information about how to precisely wear the sleeve which was very helpful when the product arrived. I followed the directions and made sure I was applying the sleeve as described by the manufacturer. It fit perfectly and the compression is exactly what I was looking for. I am able to walk comfortably and can tell the difference the sleeve makes for my knee. I also received instructions on how to clean the sleeve which are simple to follow. I have not cleaned the sleeve as of yet. I will be ordering a second sleeve for my other knee as the fit is so good and feels great. I highly recommend the sleeve for unhappy knees. Follow the instructions provided and you will not regret your purchase. I forgot to mention the follow up the company has provided to insure that I am using the sleeve correctly and happy with the product. I am a very satisfied customer.

I ABSOLUTELY love my knee braces! I purchased the first one and was so happy with the fit and performance that I bought another one for my other knee. I've had knee problems since my teen years and have spent so much money onbraces that didn't stay in place. Yours is the first that has fit like a glove! Thank you so much for the quality excellence. I wear them every morning when I do my 4 - 5 mile early morning walk before work with friends to start the day. Yours is the very first knee brace I've owned that doesn't move down my leg and come off my knee. It stays perfectly in place and provides great support. Through the years, I've had several knee surgeries and arthritis build-up and now have bone on bone on both knees. I've been told that I'll need knee replacements but the longer I can wait, the better because I'm too young to get them now. A few months ago I was in so much knee pain and knew I had to start doing some exercise but they hurt so badly I didn't want to. After I started wearing your braces, I started the early morning walks with my friends. Now, 4 months later, I don't have any pain or very little. My husband has knee problems as well and has had braces but they don't stay put so today I ordered two for him too!

I bought this knee brace hoping it might be a replacement for my heavy duty knee brace I use while playing basketball because I wanted more flexibility. I have tendinitis in both knees and cannot play without a brace or play on concrete for long due to the pain and swelling after. I ordered the XL based on the sizing chart. The brace is snug around my lower thigh but not as snug around the knee as I was hoping for. With that being said, I do find this brace to work well for low to medium intensity workouts without a lot of sharp changes of direction. It works better than any other knee sleeve I've use before. I did a light shooting session on concrete and I will say my knee did not hurt after. I don't feel the lateral stability is enough for me to play a hard core game in but I love the flexibility and range of motion I get in these. I'm going to order a large and see if it offers more stability without being too tight around my thigh. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommended! I've purchased several different knee supports over the last 12 months but this is by far the best. It's the only pull-on one I've used that doesn't slide down your leg over time and it is much more comfortable than velcro-fastening ones I've tried. It feels thinner than some others but provided really good support on hilly walks while I was on holiday and while travelling. I didn't have to ask to swap sizes but the packet (which is a good size to store it in) includes a replacement promise if you buy the wrong size.
