Works well for SI joint pain.

I’ve had chronic trochanteric bursitis for years. I’ve had three surgeries and a lot of physical therapy. None of it got me back hiking. A VA physical therapist suggested I might be having SI joint problems causing my issues and suggested an SI belt. After a week of use the neoprene lining cracked and stretched but I finally got enough pain relief to be able to hike again. I recently bought another one so I can switch out the sweaty one for a dry one after a hike.

I was in a lot of pain and I went to the doctor and they did an MRI. When the doctor came in for my appointment, he walked in and he said, Marie, did you know your pelvis is broken? Uh that would be a no. Apparently where it is, they can't fix it and the brace really helps.

This belt is specifically advertised to relieve sciatic pain. This is why I purchased it. It is very comfortable and easy to apply and wear. That said, it did nothing to alleviate the pain for which it was purchased.

Love this brace I play softball and I use when I play. Helps with my hips. I need a hip replacement and gives me support where I need it.

This belt is very difficult to use. There is a large amount of area of Velcro on the ends of the straps. Once they're attached to the main belt, it's almost impossible to remove. For someone with arthritic hands/fingers, it's just about unusable. The straps need to be re-designed to either have a 2 in. area on the ends without the Velcro or strong tabs on the end to hold on to when removing them from the main belt. The belt looks strong and probably does an adequate job, but trying to remove the straps was an exercise in futility. Poorly designed. Don't buy.

Sofort war der ganz schlimme Schmerz weg und ich konnte endlich wieder gehen. Ich trug ihn zuerst nur am Tag. Da das morgendliche Aufstehen das große Schmerzproblem war, nun auch in der Nacht. Auch das wurde besser. Jetzt sind es ca 10 Tage, wo ich ihn trage und da nur mehr beim längeren Gehen und in der Nacht. Ein bisserl wird’s noch dauern, aber es wird stetig besser. Eindeutig: 5 Sterne für dieses Produkt.

After using a while, I am writing my opinion. I got a problem between L5 S1, after some walk, I used to get pain in my lower back as well as pulling veins in foot, terrible. Now I am using this while treadmill, even started a few mins of jogging, cool, no issues at all. Thanks

I have owned a few of these Sciatica belts, and this is the best I have had, and definitely better than the far cheaper ones that are available. You do get what you pay for. This belt gives much better support than the cheaper versions, as the adjustable white bands are clearly stronger. Its very easy to put on and well made. Once you get used to it, you'll find you can move well and operate as normal while wearing it. Also, the material lets the skin breathe better than is the case with the cheaper belts. Just remember, this is not a silver bullet cure for Sciatica. It reduces the symptoms and slowly helps you get through a flair up.
