How is the moisture content in this? My cats love very juicy foods.

It doesn't have much gravy compared to other wet foods. I have a dedicated spray bottle that I fill with filtered water, and spray that on this food to up the moisture content. My cats love juicy food also, and this technique helps.

Question 2

This is confusing.  The picture of the actual box shows 12 cans, but Amazon is saying 24 cans.  Which is it?

I foster many kittens and saw 24 3 ounce cans for $12.54 so I ordered for myself and another foster. Of each ordercI also only got 12 3 ounce cans. Very much false advertising and there is no way to complain. It Aldo states refunds can be given until you request one, then it states refunds can not be   given

Do i have to refrigerate open can?

Yes, I store opened cans in the fridge then bring them back to room temperature for my kittens. They do not eat the food if it's cold. A few seconds in the microwave (out of the metal can of course) or setting it on the counter for 20-30 minutes brings it back up to room temp.
