We use this book at the start of the year in my classroom to teach expectations and how important it is to have good manners! Little Critter books are loved by everyone so it is a positive to see such a meaningful and cute story geared towards pre-schoolers through, possibly, third grade! Maybe a little older age group also!

Read Little Critter to my children and now to my grandchildren! This is really 2 books in one. Talks about having good manners. Recommend 😊

Love the Little Critter series. I have kept them since my daughter was young (early 80's), and now for my grandson who loves them ! He looks on the back cover to see which ones he doesn't have. The books are so cute and are a teaching tool for beginner readers, in addition to thoughfulness and good manners.

Purchased for my nieces since I enjoyed them so much as a child. As expected, it's a book, has pages, etc.

My granddaughter loves the illustrations, always something small to look for.

I feel like this series of books was one of my favorites as a kid but after reading it as an adult, it does not teach anything good. It only shows bad behavior basically the book shows the child critter interpreting “manners” in his own way being like “I have to be nice to others just to get my own way” and such . There’s plenty of other books about manners , just don’t choose this one.

This is my 3YO’s favourite book right now. She loves all of the Critter books, and I love them too because they were also my favourites growing up. I like that we get two stories in this book, very happy with this purchase!
