Great CD nad very educational.
I am convinced that these CD'S are a great source to start young kids on because they can get the use of computer work and get some very resorceful reaction work too.

Company is no longer in business and no support is available.
I loved these games when my grandkids were little. Bought the Pre School for my Great Granddaughter and it wouldn't play on a Chrome book. Returned the Chrome book and bought a refurbed Lenovo and an external CD/DVD player. Still not working right.Searched Google and learned that KA went out of business in July 2023. There is no support and no way to contact them. I don't believe AMAZON should be selling the stuff. I think it constitutes FRAUD.

Works ok
Program is old so it glitches while my child is playing it.. had to download extra programs for it to work.

Great if you have the computer than can run it.
Got an old pc from a friend just for these older jumpstart games. My son loves them, and they are far more beneficial than just staring at YouTube all day. Very pleased. Try running in compatibility mode if you’re having issues.

Outdated and useless
I had this program with my son and he absolutely loved it. I decided to buy for my grandson, however it will not work on anything newer than Windows XP so unless you have an older version of Windows, it will not work. This is sad because it really is a great program. I wish the company would release an updated copy.

Good learning game for children--dated software platform
This is a great game for children, but due to the age of the game it was designed to work with Windows XP or earlier. We taught our other grandchildren on it and our youngest grandson (Age 3+) loves it. It is easy for him to learn and the games interest him. Due to the age the graphics are somewhat limited by todays standards, but the teaching lessons still work.

good, but....
My grandson is 4 and finds it all way too easy, except that he does not know his alphabet yet. There was only one activity that involved the alphabet - and it was simply a matching game rather than learning the names and order of the alphabet. The games don't compete with other games found on-line that involve monsters, superheros, etc. I personally like the older Jump Start games, but find the lower level ones unable to draw their attention.
