Drink it fast. Like all supplements, the taste is something to be desired. However, it is manageable, and I have been feeling great. Less bloating and gut pain. The smell is mild but not great. You get 40 servings, which is a little over a dollar a serving. Not horrible, but if the product helps to alleviate symptoms, then I say that is worth the price. The powder is ground down very fine, so it mixes well, but I wouldn't sip this leisurely either. Always be sure to check with your doctors, just in case of any sensitivities. I have allergies, and this was approved by my doctor for me to take. May update this as I take it more but for now. It is good.

Really good results as my gut felt much better however, I didn't realize licorice is known to cause high blood pressure.I can't use it because of that.

I love this stuff. Have been using for a few weeks and has helped with bloating. The taste of the berry is inoffensive but think it’s better in hot water to mimic a tea. Great value for the money as well. Dissolves easily.
