Would this work for Pilates?

Yes, I am sitting on it now. I love it so much that I connect my computer to TV and work from this mat all day. I take periodic breaks where I stretch and do exercises. I am sure it will work for you.

Anyone try it for Jujitsu? Judo throws / falls? grappling?

Yeah I use two of these mats for bjj and judo. My friends and I big and we throw hard. These mats are awesome. I’ll be buying more when I get more space

I emailed the company and asked them. Yes it is 100% lead free.

How much does this mat weigh?

I honestly don't know. But I can say I tumbled for years in middle-high school and this matt is comparable to a good gyms mat.
