USEFUL for large classes
Our kids in our school LOVED dissecting these and they were all FULL of lots of bones and easy to identify

Worked well for a public event
I got these for a public event, and they did the job. My only complaint is that I have purchased large barn owl pellets from other suppliers and while these were advertised as large, they would definitely be XS to small sized pellets from other suppliers. For example, these large pellets had an average of one animal skull per pellet, rarely two. But other supplier’s large barn own pellets had more skulls.

Disappointed in the Size
These pellets are advertised as 1.5 inches minimum. There were no pellets larger than that. The description should say that is the maximum size. For the price, I am very disappointed, and I will not be purchasing these again.

Amazing product
My wife ordered this bucket of Pellets and they were great. I read mixed reviews, but we all need to understand that these are biological specimens and cooking them just right and storing them just right can be challenging. We took a chance on these and they were great. I recommend this bucket to anyone looking for an amazing science project from kids to adults.. 5 stars

Too Cooked!
Never had owl pellets that were so cooked that we couldn't open them and dissect the bones! Dissappointing.

Students found live maggots in some of the owl pellets. Not ok.
