Delicious and versatile for making bran muffins! Toast flakes for a few minutes to bring out the flavor. Super nutritious and highly recommend.

Great For Bran Muffins
This bran is finely milled and ideal for adding to a muffin recipe. The flavor is a bit rustic but not harsh or bitter. I wish they sold it in a larger economy sized bag. I normally use one whole bag for a dozen muffins. It's easy to go through several bags in a hurry.
