“MaracynOxy successfully controls fungus infections caused by Saprolegnia, Ichthyosporidium…” The label states it does.

The bottle says "treats". Is this, then, something you feed them?

No. "Treats" as in treatment. This is a liquid containing sodium hypochlorite. Its for killing fungus blooms in the tank, and fungal infections on fish. You will either add it to your tank, or place the fish in a separate tank and add it there for treatment.

Do I have to pull filtration ?

Yes you do for it to work properly

Does this product color the water or stain in any way?

I've used this product on saltwater fish. I've only ever used it in a quarantine tank so as to minimize the impact to corals and inverts. No coloration observed.
