I take one of these occasionally if I have trouble sleeping… only issue I have is I’m still tired 😴 n the morning… I would use as needed but not too often.

I tried this when I normally use Tylenol PM. I don’t think it did as well. It was t as strong for muscle and pain aches. I believe Tylenol pmIs better for me.

Once in awhile my husband's back gives him problems, and we found that this works for him at night, so we now keep it on hand and have begun buying it from Amazon due to the cost and availability that the other two stores do not have all the time, and when they do, it is outrageous.

These are great BUT they don’t work for me as far as the sleep part but they’re great for little aches and pain
