Saved my nights after tough workout days!
I bought these because my lower back and shoulder pain was keeping me up at night after long days at work. Regular sleep aids don't do much if physical discomfort is what's waking you up, but these completely solve that issue. I take two about 30 to 45 minutes before bed with a small snack or a glass of water. They knock out the soreness and help me drift off quickly. I wake up feeling well-rested without any lingering pain, and I haven't noticed any morning grogginess as long as I get a full 7 to 8 hours of sleep. The liqui-gels are super easy to swallow compared to standard tablets. Just make sure you only take them when you actually have time for a full night's sleep! A absolute staple in my medicine cabinet. Definitely recommend!

Ok not as strong as I thought they would be.
I tried this when I normally use Tylenol PM. I don’t think it did as well. It was t as strong for muscle and pain aches. I believe Tylenol pm Is better for me.
