Question 1

Why does copper help with pain?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your interest in our Zenkeyz infused copper shoulder brace. Copper has properties that aid with joint and muscle recovery and offers rejuvenating relief from shoulder arthritis, aches, and pains.
It enhances blood circulation, stimulates oxygen airflow to the muscles. Copper also helps eliminate body odor by preventing the growth of odor-causing microbes, which is why copper-infused fabrics are so popular for gym/sports apparel and innerwear. Today, the copper-impregnated fabric is widely used to fight the spread of infections in hospitals and other healthcare settings as well.

Question 2

Is the measurement all the way around the chest? or just top of shoulder to pect?

Accepted Answer

The best way to measure yourself for the ZenKeyz Shoulder Brace?
Measure and record the widest part of your chest + shoulder.
Measure and record the bicep.
Use the size chart in the product listing to reference the ideal sizing.
If a perfect fit does not appear in the size chart, choose the brace that is closest to the bicep measurement. The brace design allows for great variation in the chest measurement.

Question 3

Can I wear in the pool?

Accepted Answer

No. I wouldn’t get in the pool with one on.

Question 4

how to include both a hot pack and an ice pack? size and price?

Accepted Answer

Try our ZenKeyz Gel Ice Pack for Injuries - Reusable Cold/Hot Pack specially designed to fit our shoulder braces and any shoulder brace with a pocket for hot or cold therapy. The clove design molds around your shoulder well and feels comfortable. The size is 8'' x 10''.
Because cold is subjective we designed two different medical ice packs (FLEXICOOL and EXTRACOLD) with a proprietary gel interior that stays colder for longer. A flexible cold compress for icing injuries and an extra cold pack that is great for post-surgery cold therapy.
Physical therapists and sports doctors recommend it for back pain relief but also for arthritis, inflammation, menopause-related hot flashes, and headaches.
