My life was in pieces before I bought these torpedoes. My wife had threatened to move into the shed, which distressed me greatly. The shed is mine, and I did not like the thought of her messing with my tools. I have spent many years making that shed a home from home. I even have my own toilet, which brings me to the task in hand, so to speak. I had initially thought it strange that whilst I can go satisfactorily when indoors, I have enjoyed less success when in my garden retreat. I thought that perhaps it was a psychological problem, a reluctance to part with the goods because of the wind and the close proximity of next door's summer house. I have now come to believe that the long hours spent sat sitting supping can sometimes result in compression of the stool, rendering its progress through the Suez Canal nigh on impossible. The glycerine in these torpedoes greatly assists safe passage and successful easement results in a more pleasurable experience. One word of caution; the instructions suggest that one should retain the torpedo inside the derriere and bake it there for at least 20 English minutes. I have found this to be quite a challenge, because almost as soon as one has popped the pie in the oven, the alarm begins to sound. It is therefore unwise to move any distance from the throne room unless one is capable of running the four-minute mile. Be prepared thereafter for a full forte rendition of the 1812 Overture with cannons. I have a cd of Des O'Connor's best-loved songs which I play at high volume, thereby avoiding embarrassment to myself or the neighbours.

So I thought I’d try these as the price is better than the microlax and I have to say they have worked great, they a little slower maybe by 5-10 minutes so not rushing and do the job so for the price well worth it if like me your on painkillers and need that bit of help
