pretty nice helmet overall. fit as size chart had stated. solid build. very lightweight. comfortable. nice ventilation. it also just has a nice look to it. i believe it had a 3 star rating from the Virginia tech helmet testing labs. so i mean its not horrible or super great apparently. hopefully you won’t ever need to find out how protective the helmet is but feels like it’d hold together quite nicely. straps are easily adjustable, and it’s nice having the dial on the back to get that exact fit you want.

Working great so far! Comfortable and the vents keep my head from being too hot. Easy to adjust the chin strap and helmet tightness. Clip felt secure without being too difficult to open. It gives me extra peace of mind so hoping if I ever do fall, it’ll work as well as its comfort has

Nice helmet. A little expensive and would not have spent the extra money if I could have gotten the size needed elsewhere. Overall happy with purchase. Nice fit. Good looking helmet. Easy to use buckle. Adjusts to fit securely.

I give this helmet 4 stars for comfort. The looks aren't the prettiest especially with this off-white/gray color that I got. Why did I get this color? Because Amazon had none of the colors available due to the COVID-19 helmet shortage. I fall on the larger head spectrum and the large size with an adjustable strap fits me perfectly. The helmet is surprisingly light and in these colder months of Oct-Dec, I cannot even tell they are on. Another update in the summer may be coming. Compared to other helmets this has more protection in the back of the head. This is really the main reason I got this helmet is to protect falling backwards and having the head smash down into the concrete. If you watch NFL players get tackled the number one cause of concussion is when they fall back and hit their head on the ground. In cycling when you fall forward normally your hands will break your fall but when you fall backward your hands will soften the blow for your bottom or back but not your head. I've been riding for 20 years and my worse falls have always been falling backward especially when mountain biking. If you're into biking fashion then pass on this helmet. But if you want your head protected well this helmet is for you. It's comfortable, fits large heads like mine, and surprisingly lightweight.

I give this helmet my highest praise. I am an avid cyclist, riding 25-30 miles a day. Not only is this helmet very light and comfortable, but it is very safe and I believe it saved me from a serious head injury. I had my 1st hard fall on my bike yesterday, slipping on a mud patch and hitting the pavement hard on my left side and head. My helmet completely absorbed the impact and I did not receive any head or neck injury. I actually didn’t even feel the helmet impact. I did injure my shoulder, possibly broke a rib and have significant road rash. I unfortunately have to discard this helmet since it was involved in an impact and should not be re-used. The helmet is slightly dented from the impact (see photo). I immediately ordered an exact replacement and will never ride my bike again with any other helmet. It offers the ultimate head protection, is comfortable, looks good and is reasonably priced.

What's more important? Your head or the cost of a good bike helmet? This a a well constructed helmet, looks great and easy to adjust.

Not only is it light, but it's also very comfy, with a good design and easy adjustments. All this with MIPS, and a very moderate price. Better than helmets I've tried that were nearly twice the price.

Smith è una marca che non ha bisogno di presentazioni e con questo casco dall'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ha sicuramente messo sul mercato un ottimo prodotto. Non troverete sul mercato altri caschi MIPS a questo prezzo. Ottimi i materiali e fissaggio molto comodo. Sicuramente consigliato!
