I really like these files. These are great quality for single use. Not too sharp or flimsy. Nice grit and made of wood. Perfect for natural nails mani/pedis. And very reasonable price for single use. They're your typical full size file

Good quality

This was the PERFECT solution for a couple of guitar projects. I needed to widen the neck pocket of my Telecaster just a small bit to fit a neck. These are just the right width and lay very flat against the side wall of the pocket so I just patiently worked one of these back and forth until I got the width I needed. I cut one down to 2" lengths and just held it against the wall with 2 fingers. Perfect straight sanding in only the area I needed. Another project was cutting my own pickup holes in a pickguard - these also worked well to sand the top and bottom sides of the pickup hole as I was forming it. So these are a great solution for any sort of project you may have that involves sanding small areas that you want straight and level. Cut them down for shorter pieces if you need. For $10 this paid for itself with just the neck pocket and I only needed 1 file. I used a couple more doing the pickguard project. Great solution for many uses and a truly bargain price.
