Perfect for a runner!
I love this product. Im a long distance runner and use this to store my identification, credit card, keys, etc. It has a very tight clip that stays on my waste under my shirt. Doesnt rub the skin at all. Nobody even knows I am carrying it. A lot of times, I just simply keep using it during the week instead of a wallet. It would be awesome if they made one out of leather!!! Would be a perfect wallet for hikers, runners, walkers or bikers. It had never come off my wasteband.

Great idea - an extra pocket on the go
My second time purchasing this product after (oops!) losing the first one after a good 5+ year life. I am a long-distance runner and many of my running shorts don't have pockets to carry keys, ID, etc. in - so this is a super easy way to bring along those basic necessities instead of having to carry them the whole way. Great for house or car keys (typically I carry my car key/fob and an ID, and that works just fine) - sometimes an energy gel too. It's not large enough to hold a smart phone, or even my employee ID (when I run from work). But for small stuff, it's perfect.

The clip fell off and so did the whole thing. Luckily someone found and returned it to me
Poor design. Keeps falling off

My 2nd one.. and it's flawless!
Loved the first one so much that I started looking for it's potential mate.. so got a second one so two of them could start making micropack babies (my future kids will use them..) I kid, I got it for myself as the first one was hijacked by my gf. It's great and let me say that it's got enough space for a key or two, credit card, drivers license, and maybe another card. If you need more space, look for a bigger model or better yet, get a fanny pack. I use this while I'm running so I don't carry much and the locking mechanism does a good job of securing the pack on my shorts.

Very handy
I previously used a New Balance key holder sleeve that hooked onto my running shoe to hold my car key when I went running outdoors, but the shoe key holder only fits one key, so everytime I went running I had to take my car key off my keyring (which has a lot of keys on it - too many actually - so it was always a struggle to get the key on and off). With the amphipod I can put my entire key chain (car, house, other random keys) into the pouch without messing with it, hook it onto my waistband, and be good to go. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the weight of said key chain in the pouch is somewhat heavy, and if my running pants/shorts are looser fitting, the amphipod bounces around as I run, which can be kinda annoying. To get around this, I hook it to the waistband on the front of my running pants (as opposed tot the back/behind me) and that seems to keep it from bouncing around as much, though I personally think it looks better to be hooked behind me. The hook doesn't look that big, but it fits very secure/tightly, I've not had any problems with the amphipod falling off. I have not tried carrying my ID/money/cell phone, but I suspect that it would work if you wanted to carry that much stuff around.
