I really find this flattering whether I am wearing minimal makeup or more festive! Gel is probably best applied lightly with cosmetic sponge, in tapping manner.

I liked the color but had to blend well not to have glitter just the hint of pink

Horrible. Runny. Doesn’t set. Doesn’t stay. Is sticky. Just a mess.

This stuff is amazing and is an almost exact match for the one made by NARS. I think I may like it a bit better and at nowhere near the cost.

What fun is this Rimmel Rimmel jelly highlighter! I thought I’d be too old to use it but it really goes on soft and if you are prudent in its use it can be subtle, or add more for a less-than-subtle effect. The Candy Queen color looked dark, but when I apply it to my fair-ish skin, it doesn’t go on dark—unless I were to apply it thickly and I will not be doing that. Mix with a little bit of moisturizer and it tones it down even more. The consistency is jelly-like, kind of. It wiggles a bit when you first open it but that may be because there was a film of it at the top. The jar isn’t full, but a little goes a long way, at least for me. It feels cool going on my skin. The consistency can be described as jelly or gel or ...? It’s certainly a bit different! I have a couple of holiday parties to go to so this will be a fun addition to my sparkly holiday look! You can see from my photos where I spread some on my inner arm—there’s that glow and a slight blush look to it, but if you massage it in more or mix it with moisturizer, it will just leave a little shimmer without the color. One thing: I liked never to open the little jar; it was stuck and took me quite a while. I finally banged the top against my countertop and it opened easily then. Then, to make it more frustrating, once I finally removed the lid, there was a foil covering, which helps keep that jelly from oozing out during shipping and I appreciated, but the tab on the foil covering broke off and I finally just used a knife to cut away the foil. A lot of work just to open a little jar of highlighter jelly! The price is reasonable at under $13, even though it’s a small pot that isn’t filled all the way. With many cosmetics being so pricey, this one won’t break your bank, and, it’s a great price to try out another of their colors. I hope my review helped you today.

With the description of this product, I was expecting a jelly highlighter as other products, but it came in all melted and half of the highlighters were on the lid shield which can’t be used and all over my hands opening them.

This product is ok. I don't dislike it, just not sure I'm in love with it for 13 dollars almost. It's pretty runny, not in an awful way, it makes it pretty easy to apply and the shimmer is pretty. I wasn't sure what to expect because when looking at it, you think it's going to add some color, when first applying it I thought it was going to be too much color but as you rub it all in, almost all color disappears and you're just left with some sparkle. Which the sparkle is nice but I've been pairing it with my bronzer to make more of an impact. So as I said, I dont dislike it, I'll. Keep using it but I wouldn't say I love it.

Perfect amount of highlight

Love the colour and you literally need minimal to make your cheek bones pop. I would recommend putting it on your hand first then using a blended or brush to build it up and it really packs a punch, don’t need much of it at all. Will last a while!

Must especially when abroad. Gives a delicate dewy sheen to cheeks. Nice small container which lasts for so long as only a little needed. I ordered 4 different colours two of which are highlighters but didn’t really need these but good to have.

Really nice highlighter. Especially for the collar bones, nose and under the cheeks. This is a product from Amazon's 2020 Advent Calender that I watched a review on a couple of days ago but I have too many advent calenders so didn't buy it. Only this one item I saw from it. I wish it was done in a more lighter shade like a white highlight but this shade is really nice 😊

always expect the best from rimmel jelly, i recommend the blush. This highlighter is subtle but gives a glow from within 🤣
