Ease of use. Very effective. Stream consistent. Great for the $$. Two settings for steam. Very warm and consistent. Did the trick. It was exactly what I needed. I do have rosacea and the event didn’t affect the issue.

I purchased this steamer to help with dry eyes, sinus congestion and facial moisture. It is easy-to-use, easy to refill, and does the job. Just be careful...steam is hot, over 200 degrees Fahrenheit, so getting too close can burn. I tried the Sinus cone, but the steam got too hot. I chose to use just the facial cone. The machine stays cool to the touch during use. It's easier to use and more targeted than just putting a pot of water on the stove and leaning over it. No problems except to be cautious about the steam.

I bought this because my doctor recommended steam for my dry eyes, congestion, and frequent nose bleeds. It's great for releasing all of those problems after around 10 minutes of steaming. The cord is a little short and you shouldn't get too close to the reservoir, but the instructions explain that. My friend borrowed it when her congestion was starting to lead to an ear infection. It stopped the congestion in its tracks. If you have dry eyes from looking at screens all day or contacts or allergies, or you have congestion that you don't want to use medicine for all the time, I highly recommend this steamer.

It’s an okay product. It steams perfectly fine. I bought to clear my sinuses. I gave it 3 stars because it does steam just fine. What I don’t like is the plastic smell and it gets pretty hot. It’s not sturdy. It tips over easily and the plastic product is thin. I ended up giving it to my teen daughter.

I do NOT recommend this product!! Extremely poor quality, plastic is thin and whimpy, face piece doesn’t attach for secure hold. It’s honestly a **serious burn** waiting to happen!! Do place on table, not around children, so not leave unattended as it’s a safety hazard. Look elsewhere for a quality product!
