Great little book
A thin introduction to techniques in a slightly different format than the author's comprehensive book. Easier to follow. The book doesn't completely dovetail with my dojang's requirements but that is no matter. I just look for what looks like the right one and learn from it. I should have bought the introductory book, and will now, as I'm still a white belt.

Of the series, one book was constructed well, the other not so much.
I literally just received it on my doorstep about an hour ago. And with the first 14 of the 30 pages, they were offline and missing the top parts of the pages. At least all of the photo parts on the page were still intact. I am going to contact customer service to see what steps I have to go through to get this item replaced by a better one, one that is more thoroughly put together.

The pictures were so small you could not tell what was being done and the captions below the pictures were woefully inadequate. They would only help you if you had the writer standing beside you explaining them
A**.
Pictures are not colored and very small. It is impossible to see how they are doing the exercises.

Great book! If you're grading for Yellow Belt
Great book! If you're grading for Yellow Belt, it's very helpful to have this book to refer back to.It doesn't exactly follow the Australian Hapkido Association syllabus but it doesn't matter that much. My only criticism is that it does need to be a little bit more detailed, especially when it comes to releases from hand grabs.
