installed on my henry golden boy and what a difference! took about 2 min to install (about 1 min of that was finding the set screw when i dropped it) all metal, great finish, no blemishes or dings or scratches.. fit was precise but a touch loose but when you tighten the set screw, it locks in place and wont budge. it came with 2 set screws with a some lock-tite on the threads and an allen wrench, the are very small so be careful opening the package or youll be on the floor with a flashlight looking for them. all in all, this is a great little add on accessory for the golden boy. i just mounted a scope on it with the mount avail on amazon and a basic .22 scope so this does make it a little easier to cock/decock the hammer with a scope mounted. for the price too, you cant beat it. def recommend

Simple to Install a must for a Henry with optics
So this package arrived early and packed more than adequately. There were limited instructions however, it’s pretty obviously what needs to be done given the contents of the package. It’s an Allen key, a set screw, and the hammer extension. The assembly is machine fit for specific models so make sure you order the correct one. Total install time is about 5 minutes if you don’t drop the screw. Torqued it down a little past hand tight to cinch it down. The quality seems to be well made. The price matches the quality and convenience added. Doesn’t change the silhouette or aesthetic of the rifle at all. In fact it could be OEM given the quality and fit and finish.

The shipping process was a little long but I was updated the entire time and it arrived just fine. The product though is top quality and exactly was I needed on my Henry .22 with a scope mounted, the product works exactly as advertised and is from high quality metal. High recommend
