Spiceology’s Jamaican Jerk Smoky Caribbean seasoning is fantastic! It adds the perfect balance of smoky heat and bold Caribbean spices to my grilled meats. I’ve used it on chicken, pork, and even veggies, and it never disappoints. The flavor is authentic and fresh, not overpowering. A little goes a long way, and it’s become a staple in my spice rack. Highly recommend for anyone who loves bold, flavorful seasoning

One of the few JJ blends I’ve used I did not need to doctor up. This is good out of the jar and straight on your meat. By itself it’s not too hot, so I have also added in Habaneros and other chiles to spice it up. This has all the Allspice, Clove, and Pepper taste you find lacking in lesser JJ blends. I started out with the 4.4 oz jar, but I will only buy the larger size (1.1 pound) ever again, we just go through it too much. There’s more value in the bigger size and it lasts more than a month.

Quality as expected, but needs a little extra spice

Start out using a small amount in your recipe and scale it up based on your taste. First time was AAA.

I particularly use it as a spice when I make duck. Such good flavor!
