*Update*It’s been a week with the new battery they sent me to replace the bad one. So far it is working great. Great customer service, replaced the bad battery no questions asked, no hassle. Would recommend.This battery worked great for the first 2 weeks or so. I could keep the monitor off the charger all day, using on and off when needed. I’m so disappointed. I charged it completely the first time before turning it on/using it. I only charged it when the monitor unit was low battery and turned off. I never used it continuously while screen on and plugged in like I did with the battery it came with, which lasted just about a year before only holding a charge for an hour or so. Like I said, it’s been around 2 weeks, and now it will die on me an hour or so after fully charged. And that’s not even with the screen on or speaker on continuously, just in standby mode.

My first order of batteries arrived on time and in good condition, but didn't think the battery life lasted as long as it should. I posted a question if it should only last 30-45 minutes, and the seller responded that was abnormal and immediately sent out a replacement--which is stellar quality and probably lasts over 24 hours now (which I think was even better/longer than the original monitor's battery!).

For install, the plugin wires are short and stiff and basically block the battery cover from mounting flush. Less than 4 months after purchase, the battery pack won’t even last 45 minutes. Now after the low battery alert starts beeping, I plug it in and the monitor instantly shuts off.I thought the original factory battery pack was bad, but at least that one lasted for a year. For those that thought the same thing, this one will be much worse.I haven’t found any other packs on Amazon that I’m confident will be any better. I think maybe going to a store like Batteries Plus to get a better quality product would be the better option. I’m sure it’d be more expensive, but who wants to try and find a new battery pack every 4-6 months?

As a mom of three, I am attached to my babyMonitors!! I love my summer infant pixel zoom and let’s face it the batteries last short of never!! So 2-3 times a year, I buy one of these babies and on I Go doing what Us mommas gotta do! Thank you for these battery packs- they are so handy and always work great!

2/7/23 Update: Customer service continues to be excellent. The company reached out to find out if the replacement battery is still performing or if we need a new replacement. The current battery has shown some degradation but is still working.Update: We were provided a replacement batter that has been working well for the past few months. We are optimistic that the new batteries performance will continue to meet our expectations. Very thankful for the offer to provide a replacement!Ordered this battery in May. It worked great until now, December. We used to be able to go almost an entire weekend day having it on for multiple hours without charging, to now barely making it through a nap.Is it the worst available? most definitely not. Best? most definitely not. But it's a cheap and reliable alternative. However don't expect it to last a year, let alone multiple.My biggest complaint is it crashes so hard, the monitor doesn't have time to notify you, then shuts off. It has happened when we're not focused on the monitor and realize it's off.

This was an exact replacement for our Summer Infant baby monitor. It worked well just like the original for 12 months before we began noticing shorter battery life, but not terrible. At about 18 months the battery life became much shorter, but it wasn't a big deal since we can plug it in by our bed most of the time. Then it began randomly shutting off even though it showed 50% charge or better. There would be no warning so the monitor was off without us realizing it. We switched batteries with our other summer infant monitor and the problem followed the battery. For the price it is a fine replacement and should work well for 12-18 months, but replace it as soon as you notice battery life getting shorter so you don't run into the problems I had.

Used this to replace the battery in our Summer Infant ZOOM Monitor. Initially has great battery life. For some reason these batteries seem to lose battery life over time, but at least initially it works great!
