I have been sent the wrong side. i paid for a medium and got a small. this is for a child’s birthday tomorrow, amazon have been no help. please advise

I know I’m to late but for anyone else in future I recommend simply ordering new one in your desired size and Starting return process with the one you want to return that way you will get immediately the product needed and by going to your orders pressing the product which you ordered there will be option to return product press it and go through the process everything is explained there and you can chose how you want to return product drop of at pick up store at a post or if you want to have it collected from your home but doing this you will need to print labels for return 2 of the papers cut out need to be placed inside the package the Amazon box it came in ! And other one you need to glue on to the front part of the parcel and make sure that the label from delivery with your address as delivery destination needs to be taken off crossed off or what I do is simply put new one on top of the old one if you order home collection before 11 pm you will have it collected next day but if you do it after 11 pm your return will be collected after tomorrow you need to be at home all day because they will collect between 8 am to 8 pm ! By Hermes courier and they will leave you a card with a scan code for your records after they take it once done you can go to your Amazon order page with this product that you just returned and find and clinic return process or it says something else with return in it going there let’s you see what currently is happening if your parcel is still in the transit or already at depot or if Amazon got it once Amazon got this they will release your fund and they will go back to your original payment card within 7-14 days I say whole process once you send the item takes about 2 weeks but if you chosen at return that you want money back to you by Amazon gift card then the money is straight away at your Amazon and you can buy the replacement or something else before you even have the item send off it works in a way that they give you money back and you will have 2 weeks to send the item off if then don’t get any information that you send the item they will basically reverse this and charge your payment card! 🙂 absolutely you can also chat with costumer care like other person mentioned I find that the chat works really well and few times I managed to resolve my issue with robo chat without the need to even speak with human

How long can it be airtight sealed? Is it too long to keep it in the airtight sealing for 1+ month or should i open it and give it fluffed?

Is the outer part washable ? Or just sponge clean

I'm not sure you can put it in the washing machine but I use wipes or a hand towel to clean it. My daughter loves it and it is very soft and cuddlly

Is the seal pillow machine washable, if not how can I clean it?

I would just sponge it down if necessary,  it would probably never be the same again if you put it in the washing machine
