It's a great ball. I also have the TheraBand Pro series and this one is no different, for a fraction of the price. Nice sturdy material. It comes with a pump, and it takes a bit to inflate it to however firm you want, so it might be easier to use a bicycle pump. I found it no trouble to inflate with the pump it came with. The pump has two sizes of tip, they give you three plugs in case you lose one, and two plug remover tongs. Those are nice extras because I've lost the plug on my old ball before and had to scramble around trying to find it because I didn't have another one. Exercise balls are a wonderful thing to have. I used them years ago when I was a personal trainer but when I had an accident and ended up in physical therapy for a long time they gave me the ball and a weight bar and exercises to do for my spine. I still do all of them today because it keeps my spine in limber condition. Some people were talking about how long it took to get it but I ordered it through Prime and got it two days later. There's a trick to measuring the ball to get the size you need. The chart indicates diameter (the distance straight from one side of the sphere to the opposite side, passing through the center), NOT CIRCUMFERENCE so use the centimeters in the chart and multiply by pi to get the actual size of the ball (in centimeters). For example, if the chart says 55cm, you multiply 55cm x pi (3.14) = 172cm. That's how big around the ball is. Get out a tape measure at home and see if that size will work for you. 55cm is how high the ball is from the ground up. It should come up to about the back of your knee. I found that I was able to fill this ball very firm. They are made not to burst. It's better to buy a slightly smaller ball and fill it as firm as you can, then to buy a bigger ball and have to inflate it less and then it will be too soft to be challenging. Or if you inflate it fully, it'll be too big for you.

This is a good ball but I really thought 45 cm (15 inches) was smaller. I need about 1 12 inch ball. But this ball is not too big either. I can sit on it like a chair and keep it stable with my feet, or lay on it and keep it stable without rolling all over the place. I have only had 55 inch balls or 65 inch balls before and they were always difficult for me to control. My daughter and I are 5'1" so this works pretty well for laying over and sitting on. I have not had it long enough to comment on how sturdy it is. But it had been holding air pretty well. I could have used a bicycle pump to inflate it but wanted to try the enclosed pump. It was hard for me to pump up with the enclosed foot pump because it kept slipping around on the hardwood floor, but it did pump up well and was fairly easy to get the plug in without losing air.

I really like this exercise ball! The material feels strong and durable, and it doesn’t slip when I use it. It’s comfortable for workouts and holds air well. Perfect for home exercises, stretching, and therapy. Definitely worth it!

It’s a nice ball for the price. However it was not the color that I expected it to be. The pump works to fill it up but it seems a little cheap.

This fitness ball is working out great for me. I’ve have back pain and the doctor recommended to switch sitting on chair and ball. Green color was at discounted rate. There is a pump that comes with the ball. This is a cheap plastic pump and it works just good enough to fill the ball up. I like that the ball also comes with a ruler, so you are sure that how much air to put in and extra plugs. I like the texture of the ball. It makes it easy to keep grip on the ball. Great find at a great deal. 5 start from me.

Its a nice sturdy yoga ball. The only complaint i had was trying to fill it. I tried several times. Every time I tried to disconnect i lost air. It took awhile to figure it out.

I have used a mini Pilates ball for workouts for a while now, but I have been looking for new ways to level up the intensity of my home workouts. I recently discovered the use of a stability ball for strength training and stretching so I decided to try it out. I love it! I didn't realize how much intensity a ball like this could add to my workouts. I followed the recommended size chart for my height and intended use and, even though it is my first time using one, I feel the size is perfect for me. The included pump makes inflation extremely easy and fast. I like that the material is non-slip so when I'm sweaty and already having a hard time keeping steady I don't slip around. I've only used it a handful of times so far so I can't exactly speak to durability/how long it lasts, but so far it has been perfect and holding up well for what I am using it for. Would definitely recommend if looking to save a few bucks but get something that'll hold up to what you need it for. It may need to be pumped up a bit after a few uses, but I found that to be true with the mini ball, too. Very happy with this purchase!

i am quite impressed by the quality and durability of this item. initially i felt it will burst if i apply my weight (85kg) completely on it, but i am amazed that it has held its own. very good product i must say. definitely recommended
