Smaller than it looks but seems well made and will work well

This does work with small taps; the jaws have a step in them for small taps. Just as good as any brand available, and you won't bend the handle. The tap will break before this happens.

This is a good tool, but unfortunately I had to return and get a larger one. It goes up to 1/4 tap size - NOT bit size! I needed it for a heli-coil tap that has a 1/4 square bit. A tap that is 1/4 across would presumably attach to the tool with a bit that's narrower than that. Just something to consider if you are looking for a wrench to use with a large bit.

Good product! Very fast and concise shipping! I’m using this for watch repair instead of its intended use. Works great for me, but as a metalworker this will work great for tapping screw holes as its intended purpose. I would purchase this again if needed a replacement tap handle!

This was purchased to use with a screw extraction set that didn't come with a handle (!!!). Worked as I hoped and got the job done with no difficulty. Sturdy and well built. Worth buying a respected brand name.

I bought this after getting frustrated with the basic die handle that came with a cheap Harbor Freight set. After nearly impaling my hand in dies because the HF die handle couldn't hold onto them, I decided to buy this Bosch one. It worked amazing and held the die securely.

Using this to tap hot wheels drill outs. Just be careful and easy because you can easily break a tap using this. I use a bit of wd40 as a lubricant which makes it easier. It is a bit heavy for this purpose so be aware of the angle when using.

Changing spark plugs, I ran into a cross-threaded ignition coil bolt that snapped flush when reinstalling. I used this tap handle with a Ryobi #1 screw extractor ('EZ out') and it worked beautifully. I did notice some other comments that this had trouble holding smaller bits. The flats on this extractor measure 3.30mm, and were a bit rounded because my adjustable wrench just couldn't hold tight enough. I dropped the extractor into this T-handle as far as it would go, tightened with a wrench and it held firm. This tap handle is solid enough to tap on it with a hammer to seat the extractor into the small hole I drilled. I went very slowly to hopefully avoid breaking the extractor... and about 5 min later, the broken bolt was out!

Doesn't hold a 5mm tap even though it claims to support up to 1/4" which would be 6.35mm.
