Can I use these for my wedding rsvp envelopes?

Most wedding announcements sent are over 1 ounce. If yours weighs 1 ounce or less you could use 1 stamp plus 16 cents in additional postage. The USPS sells 16 cent stamps or at the very least a combination that will add up to it. If you weigh your announcement and letter and find out the cost to mail it you can know the total US postage and find Stamps on Amazon that you could tailor to each of you that add up to the correct postage.

Are these forever stamps?

I don't know confirmly. I think these are 39 cents stamps and released in 2006 ... now a days forever stamps worth of ~48 cents so for forever stamps you may have to add the additional stamp with these stamps... still can be confirm from the nearest post office.

Beautiful stamps Beautiful artwork and color. It is United States 39 cent stamps. It features Disney's Minnie and Mickey, Cinderella and her Prince, Belle with Beast and Lady and the Tramp. It arrived quicker than postal stamps ordered at the same time. My daughter was missing this one from her collection. I gave it to her on her wedding day. She was so happy that she couldn't speak for a little.
