If not first, I was very close to it. Before my review, though, to get details out of the way: I purposely paid full price for this book, as I wanted the review to be completely unbiased. It was well worth the money to me. This is a book about how to get and maintain a clean desertcart selling account and how to avoid the problems that have been proliferating lately iwith desertcart's seeming zeal to suspend so many third-party sellers. Cynthia explains much of what goes on behind the scenes at desertcart and some of the reasons for the sudden surge of suspensions. She tells you WHERE to look to see what surprises your "clean"-looking account might hold. She gives good advice about 1) how to find the issues and 2) how to respond to them. Although I am happy to say that my account has never been suspended, I know that even seemingly small issues that have occurred in the past could come back to haunt me, and to the end of preventing that unhappy day from ever happening, I am working on carefully implementing the strategies Cynthia espouses in this book. This is a very readable book. The advice is not only down-to-earth, but it's also written in a way that lets you know she understands the problems you might be having. NEVER a "holier-than-thou" word is to be seen in this book. It's written in a way that the reader can easily feel like she is talking to a good friend, not taking instructions from upon high. No doubt the fact that Cynthia is also a third-party seller plays into this understanding attitude a good bit. I definitely recommend this book for anyone who has an desertcart seller account and wants to keep it. At the very least, it could save your account from suspension and the horrible difficulty of regaining your selling privileges, once a suspension occurs. Read it and heed it. You will be glad you did. Review: Great book! - I'm still reading this one. It's taking me a little longer than usual because I'm taking some serious notes as I go. Totally a must, must have for folks selling on desertcart FBA. Spend the money and get it. You will be so very glad you did. I do wish it were available on Audible. Perhaps in the future it will be.
