Glad I found these!
I wasn't going to write a product review on this, but I decided I should at least give my two cents if I like something, instead of only writing a negative review if I don't. Addressing the 'dim' someone complained about... well... it's a solar powered LED light, people. None of them will have the same wattage or lumen output that an electric bulb would have. That being said, I am completely satisfied with the amount of light it does put out. As accent lights on either side of my driveway, I think they are great. Yes, the base seems a little flimsy, and the light pole is definitely top heavy. You can't just stand it up in the garden, or even on solid ground, and expect it to remain upright if the wind is blowing. I did remove one section from each pole to bring it down to a little over 5 feet tall, but even then it had to be secured in some way. (I put three large decorative rocks around the base of each one, instead of using the concrete pins that come with it.)

Look good, at night - of course
Cool looking on each side of the driveway. Seem sort of cheap when unpacking but it was truly inexpensive at $40.00 a pair. When assembled, they look pretty decent especially when compared to other tall led lamps at $100 plus each.. They are surprisingly bright for inexpensive leds. The pair illuminate a double wide driveway entrance pretty well. The base is the weakest point. It is pre-holed for 3 mounting hardware bolts or nails. I drilled out the other 3 points of the base to accommodate 6 mounting bolts/nails. I simple nailed it the ground with 6 each - 3/8" X 12" heavy galvanized nails and then covered the base with the surrounding landscaping "' white rocks/gravel. They have withstood several "sudden Florida storms" that we get often in August.

It is a good product for the price
I am struggling with this review because the lamppost worked exactly as I had hoped until nearly hurricane strength winds (in Colorado) blew it over and the top broke off. After that it was never the same. I attempted to repair it but not even gorilla glue was successful. The winds were not the fault of the manufacturers and I could have gone out, in the storm, to lay it down or bring the lamp part inside but I did not. It is a good product for the price. I am going to replace it with a more expensive one so I don't have to worry about managing it (I hope).

VERY DISAPPOINTING!
Extremely flimsy product. Just fell on the grass and broke. Given its construction, this item should not be sold more than 25 dollars. If you are looking to buy cheap, look for other similar offers, not this one. Also the accessory offered to make it stand on the ground is useless, too short to do the job, Very disappointed. If it had not broken due to the fall, I would have happily returned it for a full refund.

I loved them for the few months they lasted
Broke in the first thunderstorm. Brittle plastic, lightness of weight, not sufficient for outdoor use anywhere that I know of. I loved them for the few months they lasted. I bought them because the price was so good, but they're just too cheaply made.

Great looking product but not the strongest materials.
This item sadly didn't last very long. I secured it to the ground between some bog planters but it still took a beating with the wind and rain. Not the best materials since the top fell off the poll, the plastic cracked, etc. It didn't last past 6 months.

Easy to put together but didn't work out of the box. Not sure if something was wrong with the solar panels on top or the switch. Pretty but kind of useless for it's intended use.
