The whole point of sunscreen is that you have to wear it, and apply it liberally and regularly in order to protect your skin. This stuff makes it a pleasure. It doesn’t go on tacky like most sunscreens - instead, it goes on like a lotion - so easy to apply - and it feels good on the skin. It has a pleasant scent - kind of a clean tropical thing - but it’s not overpowering, and it’s way better than the medicinal scent of the old stuff I used to wear. It also adds a very light shimmer to the skin (not glitter), which I like, but it’s not super obvious if that’s something you’re not into. When used as directed, I have never burned, and I still manage to get some nice color on my skin. And it’s not tacky, so sand doesn’t cling to it; you can sit on the beach and not become a sand magnet. It’s great. Best sunscreen ever. I never let myself run out.

Love this sunscreen! It smells great and works great, too! I’m on medication that causes me to burn easily in very short periods in the sun, so a good sunscreen is very important to me. This one does the job! I’m also picky about how my sunscreen feels going on my skin and after it dries. This one doesn’t bother me at all and goes on nicely! I’m not left with an extremely tacky, sticky feeling after applying it. For extra fun, it also has a nice shimmer that it leaves on your skin! Highly recommend!

As a hater of sunscreen, this sunscreen is the BEST!! I have tried mineral and chemical sunscreen sunscreens of several different varieties and I’ve always listened to what the beauty workers say, but I always have the same problems. The sunscreen is too drying, too redeeming, and smells like an outhouse. Out of all the sunscreens I’ve tried this is by far the best one I’ve ver had. It’s doesn’t dry me out, it doesn’t upset my rosacea, and it has a wonderful smell! The only negative for me is that the sunscreen is a little sticky/soapy feeling when washing it off.

After consistent use, here is my honest breakdown of how it performs: Texture and Application: Consistency: Be careful when opening the bottle! The formula is quite runny, so you need to be cautious when pouring it out to avoid a mess. The Finish: It has a subtle glitter/shimmer in the lotion that looks great. It does run a bit greasy, but I actually don't mind that since I use it in place of my regular body lotion anyway. Moisturizing & No White Cast: It leaves my skin feeling very hydrated and blends in completely with zero white cast, which is a huge plus. Performance Notes: The "Sweat" Factor: I would not recommend this for use on the face if you have oily skin or a darker skin tone. Every time I apply this to my face and step outside, my face becomes incredibly sweaty and greasy within minutes—way more than if I weren't wearing sunscreen at all. Interestingly, this only happens on my face; the rest of my body stays perfectly dry. Eye Sensitivity: It does tend to sting the eyelids a bit. That’s fairly common with chemical sunscreens, but it's something to keep in mind. Final Verdict: This is a fantastic, budget-friendly option for the body if you want a moisturized, radiant glow. However, for the face, I’d suggest sticking to a gel or mineral-based formula to avoid that heavy, sweaty feeling. I will definitely keep buying it for my body, but I've learned to keep it away from my T-zone!

Smells like papaya and feels less greasy than other gross sunscreens. I've been using this brand for a couple years and it hasn't gone downhill like every other American product - although the papaya smell is not as strong as it used to be. Eh, whatever - still works.
