It is really good cheese---and it came well packed in styrofoam.

No, Just No!
I knew this wasn't going to taste like cheddar cheese. I expected it to taste, well, kind of nutty. It did not taste like either cheese or almonds. It had a horrible aftertaste, it doesn't melt like cheese. The texture is on point but this really only tastes decent if you hide it with a bunch of spicey foods or overpower it with sour cream. I got this at the grocery outlet for $1.50. I don't even think that price was worth it. I also have a mozzarella one to try. Hoping that tastes better than the cheddar.
