Yuck but wow
It tastes horrible! No doubt about that. However..... I force myself to drink it because I can tell a difference in how I feel the next day. I usually replace dinner with this. I've lost 7 pounds in 1 week. 4 pounds the following week. Also that's without any real exercise so far. Just calorie count. Great product does what it's supposed to. The taste is my only complaint.

Beauty in a Shaker Bottle
I am very pleased to say that I am meeting my goals. Since it arrived on last week I have taken this product in part of the first meal of the day mixed with Almond Milk and it curbs my hunger or my desire to snack as the shake keeps me full.

Taste good
Arrived so fast. Love the vanilla taste. As for the result-- I don't know yet since I'm just starting a new routine. I'll update as soon as I see a change.

Change the flavor to a chocolate / peanut butter !
We use this everyday for breakfast. Add some un-sweetened cocoa and peanut butter for some flavor. 30 calorie almond milk is used as the base liquid with 7 - 8 icecubes in a blender.

Great Product if you want to lose weight
This product is good if you want to lose weight. I have lost a total of 8lbs since starting this product 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend.
