I just purchased this in March we have lost the little black piece that makes the stirer move How do i order part fast?

Seller's brief description says 860 watt; longer says 1350 watt (better). Which is it?

I just looked right at the machine and is labeled as 1350 watts!! Honestly, even if this was lower, it preforms very well. I use it to supply a fleet of truck drivers and run it every day of the week and minor issues is all I encountered. We love it!!

Can this be converted to run on 220 volts?

The machine cannot, but you may be able to get a converter.

Does anyone use this machine with regular kernals and canola or some other healthy oil? How does it taste and pop versus the prepackaged stuff?

Using regular kernals with canola or other oils actually tastes better and is easier to pour into the stirring pot than the prepackaged stuff. This is the best machine ever!
