Grandpa and Me

I bought this for, a first time pop pop, he has waited a very long time and was thrilled with the book. It was very nicely done and washable.

This book does a great job highlighting the special relationship between a grandparent and child. The story is warm and relatable, and the illustrations are gentle and engaging. Pros: heartfelt message, easy to read, great gift Cons: short — better for younger kids Bottom line: A lovely book for reading together and celebrating family connections.

I love the "Grandpa and Me" board book. The illustrations are charming, and the message is so warm and loving. Such a sweet book. We love to read this with our grandson. We’ve purchase this as a gift as well.

Sadly the book starts with bad grammar. Children learn language before they start school by listening to the adults in their lives. "Me and my Grandpa" is not correct. I read it, "My Grandpa and I" so that my grandson is hearing it correctly. The author should have known better. The editors should have known better. Too bad.
