Excellent product
This stuff far exceeded my expectations. I altered the instructions a bit by adding 2 cups of whole milk, 2 Tbs of butter, and a cup of parmesan. I roasted a whole spaghetti squash and then added the alfredo sauce and baked at 350 for an hour. The taste is phenomenal and is by far the best alfredo I have made that wasn't from scratch. As far as thickness and texture, it is spot on with the modifications I made.

Definitely worth it!
This was so easy and SO good. I used one cup milk & 1/2 cup cream and added some minced garlic. My whole picky family loved. I’m surprised the reviews aren’t way higher.

Delicious, but proceed with caution when cooking. You also need fresh parmesan anyway.
I am pretty convinced this is the base for the $6 alfredo they have ready made at Whole Foods. We usually get that stuff for our anniversary each year as a cute little tradition, and this time I thought we could give this a try. However it did incur some fury. The directions are absolutely wrong. Once you heat up your milk and butter and add the powder to the liquids, it immediately clumps up and looks like chunks of brains are floating around in there. It was so annoying. Definitely going to try again in the future but they need to figure out a different methodology for cooking. Adding powder to liquid should not be that complicated. Docking a star for needing to spend an extra ten minutes smashing clumps and hoping the powder would disperse. Still wound up with little pieces of brain in there, but otherwise it was tasty. Oh - I also didn't realize we were going to need freshly grated parmesan anyway... so beyond the powder additive, you're basically just making alfredo from scratch.

Have a funky taste
I tossed the rest away… didn’t taste like Alfredo at all! Possibly the powdered milk? I don’t know but gross! I wouldn’t recommend!

Very happy with it
Taste great, easy to use, can use own choice of milk (we've only use full fat milk, never tried an alternative)

I loved it
I am so picky, and I made lots of substitutions, and it still came out amazingly delicious. I subbed the milk with sour cream, I subbed the butter with Kerrygold garlic herbed butter, and I subbed the grated parm for about twice as much chopped white cheddar (Coastal brand from Costco). IT WAS DIVINE. Made it with De Cecco rigatoni.
