Well worth getting
This has sorted my acking feet while i'm working

These things slip and slide around inside your shoe, mine bunched up and became uncomfortable and had to throw away.

Works well for chronically stinky feet
I wash my feet every day but my shoes and socks still end up smelling like old cheetos. These work great in shoes and worked for me for over a month. I do not, however, suggest these for shoes you wear barefoot as they will not last nearly as long.

excellent insoles
These are my favorite insoles. Sometimes they stick to the bottoms of the shoe and I have to rip them out to change them up, but they don't budge and have excellent moistrure and odor control (I wear a lot of flats without socks). Definitely added time to the life of my shoes.
