Coupled with stretches, these insoles helped to greatly reduce my heel pain from plantar fasciitis. I’ve been using them for 10 days and my pain in the morning has gradually gone from 9/10 to 3/10, and I expect it to continue to reduce. They have an elevated heel and semi-rigid arch support. They have some cushion in the heel, but not at the expense of support. The level of comfort as compared to the insoles that came with my work shoes was like night and day. I travel for work doing physical labor and most of my time is spent either in an airport or on a job site. So far, these have immensely helped me get through my days.

I battled plantar fasciitis for a couple years, and these inserts are what finally got rid of it for me after about a month of regular wear (including wearing shoes around the house sometimes so I wasn't walking flat footed/without support all the time inside). I wasn't sure if I would like the hard arch but found I really appreciated the support. This isn't one of those super soft/cushiony insoles, it is more about support, but they do provide more padding for the ball of your foot than a stock insole and the heel has a nice thick shock absorber.

It seemed a bit thin and flimsy but surprisingly it seems to have effeciently relieved pain for the condition it was designed.

These seem to be very well made. They didn't help me much but it's not the product. I just purchased the wrong thing. I've determined that I need something with even more arch support.

Not quite high enough. But, I run into this problem a lot.

First off, I work in retail on concrete floors for 9hrs constantly moving at decent pace sometimes faster depending on demand. I have a leg discrepancy of 5/8 difference so with a heel lift and these with asic’s nimbus gel 24’s. Ultimate comfort for me, especially the heel shock absorbency and overall arch support. I’ve been using these for two weeks thus far and have pleased with them and wearing a 9.5 shoe these fit as intended, just trim them down to a size 10 mark and fit snug.

This is the best cure for plantar fasciitis This is my second bout with fasciatis. The Spence soles cured me both times. You must use them 24/ 7 and your problem will be gone
