GOTHAM STEEL Hammered Copper 9.5 Inch Non Stick Frying Pan

We've been using this for several months. I find I'm cooking more because nothing sticks, it's light weight and cleanup is very easy. I have purchased more Gotham pans and love those too. I don't know if it will hold up like my stainless pans but for the price even if they hold up for a couple of years, they are worth it. I keep a seperation pad between pans when storing and never use them above medium heat. The finish looks just as good as when I bought it. It says you can use metal utensils but I pretty much just use silicone.

Boght this pan for convection stove top. Is fantastic food doesn’t stick and it heats evenly. Have tried all other metal and this is my recommendation. Easy clean up and price was great !

This is a great buy. As advertised. No stick paper towel wipe clean after fry of eggs etc. love it. Durable and easy clean up and price can’t beat. I have hex clad and SS expensive pan set. This is my always on stove beater.

Great non stick pan

Definitely non stick, no butter or oils needed . I just put milk in the pan scrambled 4 eggs and nothing stuck. Turned out perfect! For the first 8 mo. Now eggs stick ,and everything we fry sticks and has cracked in the middle of the pan.

I have gone through so many pans in the past and they end up sticking and becoming hard to clean. I did a lot of research and landed on this, I decided to buy only one to test it out, now I'm going to buy the entire set. I did some research on how to take care of nonstick pans, and what has helped me is never clean it still hoelt, wait for pan to cool completely before washing. I also stopped using nonstick sprays, I just use olive oil, avocado oil or butter in the pan. The sprays just make it harder to clean overtime. So in combination of the pan and proper care this is my favorite. Also the pan is absolutely gorgeous, I wish my kitchen was big enough to have one of those hanging racks to hang them because it is just so pretty, I might have to get some open shelves just to display them.

Just in a month use this is what this pan had turn out to be. I bought this with specific copper tone matching my interior kitchen which turned to be a wrong pick

This is the fourth time I bought a Gotham product ! Perfect!

Early usage indicates it meets expectations. Yes the Eggs slide off, yeas I made an omelette directly in the pan, fried bacon and sautéed mushrooms and it still looks like new! No I don't use metal instruments in the pan, I am not a tester! So far excellent. We got the smaller pan to try it out, will wait a while to see if it lasts the test of time. I do tend cook at lower temperatures on all pans so I have no burned anything on it yet, but bacon residue (cooked without oil) on a higher heat came off easily.

This pan doesn't seem to like eggs, they always stick to the pan even with some oil and at lower heat. I would not buy it again, this pan is actually overrated.
