Very sturdy. I used it for my small dog who doesn't want to hold still but it would be sturdy enough for a large dog.

Fits my 47"-ish long ikea table top perfectly. This is a table top with adjustable legs that I'm not sure is sold anymore but I previously used it to sew while standing. My table appears to be 1 & a quarter inch thick. The clamp fits well and has room to spread maybe a half inch more. The height of the grooming arm is adjustable (see product info for numbers). I have the "noose" hooks in the very outside holes; they connect the middle bar to the end pieces. It would be sturdier if either the middle bar was a tad longer or the table was shorter. It's ok for my purposes. The arm adjustment knobs are plastic, but don't feel cheap. I have used the arm only a few times, as yet, but the structure did not move at all. I should mention here that I had some rubber carpet padding pieces that I cut up and placedon the top and bottom of the clamps. Not sure anyone needs to do this, but my table top is ultra smooth and the clamp part is metal so I'm thinking a little traction can't hurt. Product arrived on time, was clean and well packaged, and sustained no shipping damage. I am very satisfied with this grooming arm and feel the value for the money is good.

I bought this table to help with grooming a 64lb Show Puppy who will gain another 20 lbs full grown. This grooming arm is sturdy and well made. It keeps the dog standing still so you can better groom without making mistakes in trimming the coat or trimming nails. It's perfect for home grooming and easily fits an 42inch grooming table. It is adjustable in length and height. The clamps to attach the collar leashes are sturdy and the clamps that connect to the table are sturdy. The product is well made and should last for 10-15 years or longer. Buy it...you will be glad you did!

I love this product! It was designed so well to support my dog as I shave him without any of the straps or restraints getting in my way. It clamps perfectly onto the folding table I already owned. Assembly is easy and quick and it doesn’t take up much space when I need to store it. It is made of durable and stout metal that has been coated with a scratch-resistant paint. I highly recommend this product.

Heavy duty, stabile, good flexibility for attachment positions. Easily to adjust top & side bars. Rings are located in center area of top bar and can be improved with 2 additional ring further out. Also need 1 additional ring on each side bar.

Decent for the money. The clamps that tighten to table come loose frequently though if you have feisty dogs. Not good for misbehaving dogs 60 lbs. or over. Clamps won't hold if they pull hard and the entire unit can smack you in the face if they decide to jump off as it did for me. Harnesses are good quality that come with it, but need to be longer. Have to use an extension with them or they are mostly useless on their own. If you just groom your own dogs or only have small to medium dogs this is perfectly adequate. For any larger I would not recommend.

Great addition to our grooming department to aid in the comfort of our groomer and the dogs. Super sturdy and easy to assemble. Customer service is above and beyond amazing!

Just had to find a spare table to fit the arm on but that wasn’t a problem. My dogs are all of medium build and they enjoyed their grooming session so much more now that my hands are free.

It works great, but comes in 3 pieces: 2 corner-side rods and 1 center rod. There is nothing to buffer the center rod from the 2 side rods, so it klangs and is quite wobbly. You think for a professional brand, there designs would be better and would think about the dogs and there reactions while grooming. Now I have to find something to insulate the space between the rods to make it more secure and less noisy
