does this have a creamy consistency/not grainy?

it is a creamy texture. i find the consistency to be creamy when it is in a glass jar. it is my experience the ghee in plastic jars seem to melt during transit and the plastic containers buckle. i am super happy with this product.

Hi, what is the expiration date?

I purchased my container of ghee in November 2016. Just checked the label tonight and the "Use Best By" date was Oct 31, 2017, or roughtly a year from the purchase date. It'ss good stuff.
