Easy and fun!
I bought this to use as part of a costume for Dr. Seuss day at school—I needed to make my salt and pepper hair turquoise like Thing 1 and Thing 2. It was everything I hoped!I have short-ish curly hair, quite white in front and still dark brunette at the back. I’m not a hair and makeup person at all, so I need products that are easy to use! I tried a few strands ahead of time and the color was good and it came right out. So on the day, I slapped a generous amount into my hair and worked it in like any hair product. It has a nice scent, not too strong. Initially it feels a bit heavy and sticky, and stayed wet on my hair for quite a long time. I ended up borrowing a hair dryer and blasted it for a couple of minutes. At that point, it was dry, and did not come off. The drip I got on my shirt wiped right off with a towel. My resulting curls were shimmery and well colored, if a bit stiff and crunchy. The color stayed put all day, and didn’t even rub off on my pillow when I napped. The product came out easily with a single wash, leaving no trace of color even on my whitest hairs.I’ll be buying this in more colors! I think when I use it not as part of a costume, I may apply it selectively to my lightest greys and leave my darker bits their natural color. This should result in somewhat softer hair and a more subtle style. I can’t wait to play with this some more!

Luv it! True to color and minimal transfer
*I have type 4a/4b natural hair never been bleached or dyed.I love this product. I bought 3other colors and discovered not all shades from this brand show well on brown hair. This color does. What it looks like in jar is what it looks like on my hair. Took some trial and error to get this best results, so i hope this review saves others time/product.I recommend following the directions on the side of the jar and not the instructions on the back under the ingredients listed, for the best results. The wetter your hair the better. Applying to dry hair will leave your hair stiff and the wax will flake off everywhere. All you need in your hair is water and leave-in conditioner. Maybe a hair oil the next day or after the wax is completely dry. The product doubles as a styling &definiting gel.Apply to small sections of hair from the middle to the end and then work it up to your roots if desired. If you put a lot on your roots it'll take forever to dry and when it does it will flake &/or clump.I let my hair air dry and used scruchies on my ends to stretch over night. I'm very happy with the product and the results. I'm looking forward to getting more colors when they come back in stock!

Fun Product for Temp Color
Warning! Long review!I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and they were all very helpful. Here's what I'd like to add:1. The Product went on my hair very easily. I wore gloves and separated my hair into 3" sections and pulled the Product through the same way I would my leave in conditioner. Do not try to brush this Product into your hair, just use your fingers to work it in.2. It took about 4-5 hours for the Product to dry and it did dry "crunchy" that first day.3. Wear a bonnet or scarf to prevent transfer while you sleep. I had very minimal transfer from my hair to the scarf I used over the 4 days I had the product in my hair.4. The color (peachtree) was the most vibrant and everything I wanted it to be on day 2! My hair is naturally dark brown and I wanted a copper/ginger look. I highly recommend if you want to do this for a special event or something that you put the color in your hair the day before so you get the best color on the day of!5. The Product absolutely gave my curls some great stretch but by day 3 it was hard to the touch near my roots, which made it very stiff and difficult to style in any way other than wearing it down. I ended up trying to loosen it up by running damp hands through my hair and trying to fluff up my root areas. It helped a little bit but not much.6. The color held true for a solid 4 days, but I couldn't handle the texture of my hair for any longer than that, so I went ahead and washed it out. I had very minimal color transfer to my skin the whole time.7. TIPS FOR WASHING IT OUT: I put on gloves and applied shampoo to my hair outside the shower first, and in the same fashion I applied the product. I sectioned my hair and massaged the shampoo into it from the roots to the ends. Once I got through all of my hair, then I got in the shower and allowed my hair to get a little bit wet, and then worked the shampoo through my hair and let it rinse until water ran clear. I washed it once more with shampoo for good measure and then conditioned as usual. The product came out of my hair so easily this way and it was like it was never there!Overall this product was easy and fun! For someone like me who is terrified of actually dying my hair, it was great to live out my color dreams and know that I could safely and easily go back to my natural color any time!

Meh
So this is my first time using this product. I applied it to damp hair that had leave in conditioner on it. The application is easy, i sied gloves, and literally feels like clay lol. The color is pretty for sure, but man it takes forever to dry (over 24 hours still not dry), makes my hair hard as heck, and is still leaving residual color on my skin, clothes, couch, whatever my hair touches. Although I love the color and wanted to try other colors I think I'll look elsewhere.

Best hair wax I've used so far
I bought this one as well as the blue and purple ones, and I gotta say they look really good!! They're super pigmented, but you can put a little less product than you normally would to have the color appear less vibrant, or you could wet it after applyingI would recommend wearing gloves to put it on, I used my hands initially. Even though I was able to wash it off my hands pretty easily I just prefer using gloves. Also when dried it gets a little hard but I heard you can just put some hair oil (I couldn't find mine so I never did that)It doesn't transfer after it's dry, and I could easily wash it out of my hair, so its getting a full 5 stars from me!!
