Discoloring use magic eraser easy great set!
Great set, the cost is a little pricey but what can you expect when wanting a great set, sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the quality you require. Cooks very evenly and easy to clean. All you need is a sponge and some soap very easy. Some of the pans seem to be discoloring here and there but using a magic eraser will take it right away!

They are heavy...which for me is a good thing...they stay put and hold up well. When you're ready to bring your kitchen up a notch. Dont waste money on celebrity sponsored cookware !! These are the real deal commercial grade. Stainless steel can be non stick if u know what your doing. Consistant heat throughout the pan surface and will never warp. Havent tried using on induction stove but gas range was a joy to cook on.

The best for a reason
The Viking pans have an ergonomic handle. Much better than All Clad pans. The pans heat quickly and evenly with both induction and gas stoves. The professional series are wonderful. They are pricey but WORTH IT!!! Sometimes you want to use the best. I don't understand why anyone would purchase another brand.

Nice and pretty. Cooks food very well. I haven’t had any issues cooking with these. Heat up your pan correctly and you shouldn’t have sticking problems. This gives you a good quality set and I’d recommend if you really enjoy cooking. Pricey but high quality kitchenware is. You’ll probably have these for a lifetime.
