I have the LOFTEK cubes, largest size. I purchased them to put around the swimming pool at night for both atmosphere and safety. They looked amazing! it turned my pool area into a very chic lounge-y place and the combination of the lighting and the pool water was fantastic! Then, winter came, so I put them in my house. I was going to store them...but one night, I put them on while friends were over, and all of a sudden, my living room became a very chic place. These cubes really can change the entire ambiance of a space - they are really cool. Also, I had purchased the original manufacturer's cubes like these , sold by Design Within Reach, a while ago and those are 3x more expensive. I was concerned there would be a quality difference. NOT AT ALL. These cubes are every bit as good PLUS they are much easier to use. The remote on the original DWR cube had two buttons and controls the lights by punching them in a variety of weird combinations that I can never get right. But LOFTEK remote is very easy to use. There is a button for every color and a button for every effect so you just push what you want, and you get the exact effect (without trying to mindread an engineer somewhere). I was worried about scratching and the cubes not looking well over time - but they have held up beautifully!!!! As I mentioned, now they sit right in my living room and look great. The lighting is really beautiful. Customer service is spectacular. I had a problem with one of my chargers and just figured I'd have to buy a new one. I contacted customer support to determine if that was the problem, and they were very helpful, very responsive, sent me a new one, and followed up. I was impressed! These lights are great. I highly recommend. They will make you smile every time you turn them on.

I'm obsessed with this cube. I have it on a shelf in my shower and it provides just enough light for my night showers that I don't have to turn on the big light and disturb others. Also provides great atmosphere while taking a relaxing bath. It lasts quite a while before needing to be charged. It's also easy to wipe down if it gets dirty, so I could see it being useful outside as well. My favorite is the 'smooth' setting, which cycles slowly through each color. My only complaint is that I wish my favorite color, purple, looked more purple (instead it comes off a little too white). However, being the amazing color that it is, purple is hard to replicate so I don't fault them too much for this. I definitely recommend this cube and already bought another one as a gift for my sister.

Nice lighting and color change mode. Well made. Would be a 5-star product if it had a sound-reactive feature.

All sizes: These things are fun, and fun is good. The battery life is pretty good on these and the lights are nice. The remotes while a bit weird, work fine. All 5 star products. 16": This larger size supports my weight and is super handy and looks good. 8": We have this next to the TV for some dim light, and keep it plugged in. Handy to place remotes or DVD cases on. 4": Even more fun since it has a button interface that is easy to reach, and can just sit and look pretty. Less purely useful than the other sizes, but for the money, more delightful. I contacted the company about the 16" after I mistakenly grabbed a 10V power adapter (oops) and blew out the inside. I didn't replace the light/battery unit with their recommendation (the original) but switched to USB-C, and it works great. Even better, the 4" (also USB-C) came with a remote that works with the new insides so I didn't have to buy a new remote. I recommend all these products, but watch the prices and get them on a sale. They all have worked great, the larger 2 sizes for years. I have a price tracker on one of the spheres which I plan to get. [edit, added 4" and 8" cubes to the review]

This will actually does seem larger than you expect, include several color modes, I wish they were even more color modes, but oh well. There is button control on the bottom, but you can use an app to do more.

Used this cube as inspiration for my shower “glow” up. Provides soft glowy light for a tranquil shower. We also turn it on at night as a bathroom night light. Lasted all night on the charge it had at arrival. Lots of options for light control on remote. Super happy and would buy more if I needed them!! Very affordable and available in several sizes.

I have a bunch of the 16 inch versions which are great, so I thought it would be nice to get the big 20 inch as well. Welp, it works when plugged into the wall, but immediately turns off when unplugged, and yes I let it charge for a good amount of time. I wanted this for the pool, and unfortunately that's not going to happen if it needs to be plugged in to light up. Also just going on this page to review, I noticed I paid around double the price for a "sale" compared to the normal price of it down. That's pretty shady. I'm still in the 30 day window so I guess I will return this huge thing and buy a different brand that is essentially the same. What a shame. Pros: Nice vibrant/bright colors (when plugged in). Huge. No assembly required. Touch controller works fine, although it does react to the other LEDs if near by (this is common since they all use same controllers). Cons: Doesn't work when not plugged in (like every other cube I own). Paid around double the price it is now at normal price, when it was supposedly marked on discount. These Cons outweigh the Pros unfortunately.

I purchased this for my son who wanted a Cosmic Cube from the Avengers movies. The colors are bright, the cube itself is sturdy and easy to use. This was exactly what we were looking for.
