So glad I found a ear remedy that works for me.
I have tried several other ear drops for relief from hardened ear wax; Otex actually works for me and my ENT says to keep using even though he hadn't been aware of them.If you hate going to the doctor for torturous ear wax removal , try these because they really work for me.Also Otex is the only drops I've seen with baking soda listed as a ingredient and I give credit to that as why they work on my wax problem.

Pressure in ear lessened
This is sort of a difficult review as I am not sure exactly how well this worked on clearing the wax from my ears. I do know that the wax seemed to be slowly flowing out my ears where my outer ear kept feeling waxy when I touched them. I am still using it & the pressure in my one ear is much less. When I do the valsalva maneuver I cannot really equalize the ear pressure but I get a lot of squeeking. So I am going to see an ENT.

Wow! The best!
My wife and I are both in our '60s and have dealt with hearing loss... in my case, my mother and siblings have nearly all dealt with hearing loss and excessive wax build-up in our ears. I've used a variety of ear-cleaning liquids and devices, but the very first time using this Otex solution I knew it was different – you can really feel it absorbing, and can even feel it a bit in your nasal cavity. Most importantly, my wife and I instantly felt/heard an increased clarity in our hearing that lasted (I think any wet solution can have a temporary effect due to wetting the eardrum). We have both struggled to hear dialogue in some movies we watch (usually when there's a strong background noise in the movie, like crowds talking or other noise). We could definitely sense a difference after using these drops only a couple of times.I only wish they sold it in larger bottles since we're both using it, but I guess we'll have to get a bottle for each of us – I will hide mine because she will definitely use it when hers runs out :). It's a bit pricey, but worth it for the noticeable effect it has – definitely superior to all the other highly-rated ear drops, and I think we've tried them all by now. I read a review of ear drops and this product received top ratings by hearing specialists... now I know why

Might work. Might not.
Didn't do anything to my earwax but perhaps noting could. Hydrogen peroxide and warm water didn't do it. I read various things that said this would work differently. Followed the instructions faithfully, using a timer. No effect.

Thank you for making this
Product was super effective with my brother's eardrum skin. Peeled off after proper use with ear washer. My brother has been complaining for years due to his condition, so it's a huge relief when its gone. Once again, thanks very much!

Really Works
I have had problems with wax buildup for almost all of my life. I did not realize how bad the problem was until I started experiencing dizziness from clogged ears. I tried: diluted hydrogen peroxide, mineral oil, gentle ear irrigation with slightly warm water, homeopathic ear drops, and liquid colace extracted from gel caps to help get rid of the wax. All of these treatments worked slightly, but when I started using sodium bicarb ear drops, the wax finally came out.I leave the drops in for a whole hour with my ear facing upwards. I pull back gently on the top of my ear to help straighten out my ear canal. Then I repeat this every day for a total of four days. After four days I gently irrigate my ear with slightly warm water (if the water is too hot or cold it can cause really bad dizziness). I am not sure why these drops are only sold in Europe; probably for the same reason that we don't have ear cleaning clinics in the US-or at least where I live. They absolutely work!
