Lovely carrot cake mix, so glad to find it on-line as my local stores do not stock it anymore, easy to make and tasty

Although easy to make, I find the product bland ?
Have attempted 3 loaves so far and tried different variations, although moist each have turned out bland without real flavour, maybe it’s me but I’m rather disappointed....I’ll give a last bash at making one that tastes of something other than flour...

SKIP HIDER FOODS - or check their prices very carefully!
Ridiculously over priced - rather stupidly thought I was buying a larger bag (which the price seemed to indicate!). Of course, sending back would have cost too much in postage so I am stuck with it. I guess it's a lesson for me - I will look more carefully in future and I certainly will not deal with Hider Foods again - they are obviously 'Hider-ing' their pricing system beneath cleverly worded text!!
