Using it on my proAm USA crane jib , heavy duty video head for Camcorders , makes it easier to adjust Camcorder on crane jib for the right angles, and to maneuver

I didn't even mount this to my tripod already knowing there is no way I'm lugging this through the field. The product appeared to be of good quality but too heavy for the kind of use I need it for. My bad for not checking the weight before ordering. Still giving a 3 star rating even though I'm returning the item.

I paid for NEW! What I received looked like something that was USED or RETURNED, not in the Factory Packaging. The interior of the packaging was a mess. The Video Head was NOT in the vinyl bag it was supposed to be in if NEW from the Factory. The Head was laying in the bottom of the box, not in the cardboard separator tabs used to keep the head from bouncing around in the box. The vinyl bag the head was SUPPOSED to be INSIDE OF was jut laying on the head, then the panning arm was laying on top of the vinyl bag and the plastic bag the MANUAL was in looked like it was run over by a truck. I AM GOING TO TEST THE VIDEO HEAD TO SEE IF IT HAS ANY ISSUES... IF IT IS NOT AS NEW, IT WILL BE RETURNED. I already see a smudge mark on the side of the head that suggests it was USED. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW after I test the head. If it functions well, I will keep it, but I AM NOT HAPPY THAT I RECEIVED WHAT LOOKS LIKE A USED HEAD AFTER I PAID FOR A NEW HEAD. NOT THRILLED!

I just took delivery of this today after buying the Manfrotto 504X of which I was very disappointed in, the counterbalance could not hold a weight of 4KG even at position 3. The Benro S8Pro however surpassed my dreams, which I had a feeling it would!, This head is outstanding and is a 1000 times better than the 504X. Even the light is tons better, nice clear light unlike the 504X which is yellow and only poorly lights the right-hand side of the bubble. I would recommend the Benro til the cows come home to anyone.

Si tratta di una testa fluida robusta e professionale. Piuttosto pesante ma ben costruita, le frizioni consentono tilt e pan perfetti anche con camere di medie dimensioni. Il prezzo è davvero conveniente ma questo prodotto non ha niente da invidiare a marche più blasonate che costano molto di più.
