Reuzel Beard Foam

This Reuzel Beard Foam (Wood & Spice) has been a game-changer for my beard routine. I’ve got a modest 6" beard, and this stuff keeps it soft, controlled, and smelling incredible. The scent is warm and masculine without being overpowering, and the foam itself is super easy to work in. What really impressed me is how well it locks in moisture, even when I use a heated brush. No dry ends, no frizz—just a smooth, well-behaved beard that feels good all day. Highly recommend it, especially if your beard is long enough to get unruly but not full lumberjack length. This stuff does the trick.

I really hope this foam doesn’t cause cancer bc it smells like chemicals when I put it on but it works FANTASTIC. Like unbelievably fantastic. My barber recommended it for my wiry, unmanageable beard and now my beard looks awesome. It lasts all day and holds my beard without flyaways.

I tried to find a thorough review of this product before purchasing and I really didn't find much so I'm going to attempt to write the review I would have liked to see before purchasing. If you're looking for the short version I was looking for a quick and easy product for every day use that would make my beard more manageable and this besides some minor problems does fit the bill. With that said onto the slightly longer review. My main question about this product before buying really was very simple "What the hell is it?" Well now after using it for a few days I can tell you it's a viscous liquid that as one person put "is Reuzels attempt at making a water based beard oil" I would more say it's their attempt at making a water based more convenient balm though. The products hold I would best describe as light. It's not going to do a ton in the way of styling like a wax or heavier balm would but it does keep your hairs separated and does have some hold. They recommend using it in conjunction with their balm but to me that would defeat the purpose of convenience I wanted a product that even if I was running late for work I could grab slap on and be good to go with little to no thought. The product comes out in a semi light half foam it's not nearly as light as foaming hand soap and it's not as heavy as a mousse. It's slightly sticky to the touch and goes on kind of white but quickly becomes absorbed into the skin and is clear. My next question about this product before buying it was "what does it smell like?" Well that's one of the cons of this product as far as I'm concerned though it is minor. It smells like what my grandma use to smell like. I understand nobody reading this has ever smelled my grandmother so the next closest thing it smells like that you may have been around is a laundromat. They are correct that that does smell "clean" but it's not exactly a smell I associate with being very pleasant. One reviewer said they thought it smelled of patchouli it absolutely does not it smells of cheap fabric softener. Third and most important question was the obvious does it work? It does work for what I wanted to use it for. It's very quick to apply, it does soften your beard, I like the idea of a pump action bottle as opposed to trying to dab out oil or get balm under my nails or properly dose out the proper amount when I'm in a hurry. It also isn't heavy like an oil or balm it's very light and absorbs fast. If you need extra hold I do recommend using a balm with it or a wax but this does have some hold and it keeps your hairs separated as opposed to pushed together making it easier to comb or brush out later in the day if you need to. The last thing I'd like to touch on is I do have semi sensitive skin and this product thus far does appear to irritate my skin a bit at first; I will edit my review later if it gets worse. I believe looking at the ingredients this is most likely a sensitivity to the fragrance coupled with the fact I'm not a fan of the scent I wish they would make a completely non scented version of this and I would consider this a 5 star product. It may also be the witch hazel slightly drying out my skin though. Again I'll update this review later should this problem worsen but I consider this minor at the moment and otherwise this is a solid product I would buy again.

J'avais pris connaissance par hasard de ce produit, après réflexion de divers critique je me suis laissé tenter à l'achat. Depuis quelques semaines j'utilise ce produit dans mon kit barbe et honnêtement ce petit truc fait son effet comme il est vendu. Autrement dit il rafraîchi la barbe quand celle-ci est sec (au réveil, plage...) elle donne un coup de booste au poils bien sympa avec une odeur sympathique pour ma part j'ai l'impression à de la bergamote (bon chimique vu les composants) mais le résultat est là le poils est souple et doux d'un coup c'est rapide... de plus ce produit s'annonce comme une pré application afin par la suite de rajouter une huile ou une baume (attention à disposer d'une huile ou baume au parfum discret pour éviter un mélange d'odeur trop forte...) je la combine avec mon huile à barbe, Honest Amish (produit purement naturel) les deux se mélangent très bien j'ai un poils doux, agréable au coiffé et qui tient très bien . Honnêtement Reuzel autre que ces cires et baume réalise ici un magnifique petit truc magique très efficace et qui tient promesse rien de menteur pour faire vendre... Dans mon kit ce produit est devenu indispensable et je le conseil fortement avec un prix correct

Having used the ‘original’ Reuzel beard foam - I was really keen to try the ‘Wood and Spice’ foam. This beard foam is one of my favourite and go to beard care products, I have a medium length beard which I wash twice a week with beard shampoo, I don’t use any fancy conditioners or beard oil. The reason I don’t use beard oil is I find it just sits on my beard and makes my face feel greasy/oily. I’m a no fuss, no faff kind of person so this beard foam really is an amazing product - it has multiple benefits; it deodorises your beard, leaving it smelling absolutely amazing. The Wood and Spice fragrance is a sweet and woody, lingers in your beard all day, it reminds me of a sweet spiced rum! The foam leaves my beard looking and feeling a lot fuller, my beard feels a lot softer also with continued use of the beard foam. Provides a slight hold also which is great for helping stray hairs. It helps nourish the beard and the skin underneath, so be sure to work the foam into your face. I love the lightweight formula, only 2-3 pumps is all you need to give your beard a good coating, it absorbs really quickly and doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind. I use this around 2-3 times a day or as needed when I want to freshen up my facial fuzz. I absolutely love the Reuzel range and the Beard Foam is an excellent addition!

Hace más de ocho años que tengo barba y he probado muchas ceras, espumas, etc. Esta espuma es, sin duda, la mejor de todas. Cunde mucho, se extiende fácilmente y deja la barba con un agradable aroma.
